When you hire me as your Event Planner and/or Event Designer, we will schedule our initial consultation meeting where we will lay out the steps of your customized experience and what you want to achieve while working together. This let’s me get to know your personality, big vision, and values even better.

From the moment we decide to move forward throughout our adventure together, I will work alongside you to ensure your event needs are met and your expectations exceeded. It is important to me that you have a stress-free experience throughout our time together. I am more than just your Event Planner and Designing professional, I become a confidant and biz-bestie who cheers you on and moves mountains to ensure your experience with me is everything you need and want.

1. Let’s Chat

Once you’ve read through the Services and Offerings and want to know more, go ahead and set-up your initial consultation with me, so we can best determine how to make your occasion a special day.

2. Review and Sign on the Dotted Line

After the initial consultation and we both feel this is a great fit, I will review your budget, goals, and vision we discussed and I will curate a customized proposal with our scope of services that will best fit your needs for your celebration. If the proposal is to your satisfaction, you will receive the contract to sign via your own client portal.

3. The Adventure Begins

The implementation stage is when we begin to build your DREAM TEAM. I will pull together your event dream team from our list of vendors and partners that are the perfect fit for your vision. This planning stage will provide you with peace of mind as we flawlessly execute the details of your big day.

Office Hours and Communication Turn-Around

Once you have completed our \”Contact Us\” form, you will receive a link for your very own client portal the same day. This is where you will be able to schedule your initial consultation and where we’ll keep your entire project organized. It is much easier and efficient to communicate with us via your client portal.
